Birmingham Games 2011

Dear all! We are proud to announce that there will be a Birmingham Games 2011! This year, for the first time ever in Birmingham history, the Malaysian Society of University of Birmingham is hosting a sports event in a HUGE scale and invites all Malaysians from around UK to come and participate in this magnificent event!! For our first attempt (and to ensure this event will be awesome), there are two games featured in this event, which are Badminton and Football! Both among the favorite sports of Malaysians ! Here will be the basic details of the games:- Time : 8am till 7pm Date : 2nd April 2011 (Saturday) Venue : For Badminton – Munrow Sport’s Centre, University of Birmingham For Football – 3G & Synthetic Football Pitches, University of Birmingham A Malaysian gathering would definitely not be complete without a Malaysian Food Festival !! Hence, there will be food stalls selling mouth watering Malaysian food during the day from 10am all the way till 5pm. The official map for the campus (so you can walk around and tour a bit) is here! Tournament timetable may change in case of a delay in the start of play. This condition goes the same to rules and regulations and extras of the Badminton Tournament if needed. < Prev   Next >
